JOB SUMMARY

The Research Associate - Flow Cytometry will work closely with research scientists and assist in the training of new users as and when required. Operate flow cytometers, including sorters and analyzers, in adherence with appropriate quality control procedures.

• Independently anticipate, identify and troubleshoot issues on data analysis for internal and external collaborations.
• Previously demonstrated thorough working knowledge of Flow Cytometry Data Analysis preferably on FlowJo software in the form of published work.
• Schedule, record, and track utilization for the facility.
• Perform cell isolation and antibody staining techniques for optimal specimen preparation.
• Assist in the creation and revision of laboratory policies and technical procedures.
• General lab duties such as ordering supplies, lab housekeeping.
