We are looking for a Research Associate in IC design to design and realize high speed high efficiency analog/RF ICs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and test high speed RF power management circuits and other related digital/analog/mixed signal ICs. Development cycle including circuit design, simulation, modeling, layout, verification and measurements
  • Design high power-efficiency RF power amplifiers
  • Develop scripts and algorithms for analog IC design
  • Prepare report and conduct presentation at seminars

Job Requirements:

  • M.Eng/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or other related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • At least 2 years of relevant experiences in IC design/Electronics
  • Familiar with Analog/Power Management/RF/ADC/DAC IC design
  • Proficiency in Cadence
  • Proficiency in Python and Matlab
  • Experience in implementing algorithms for machine learning
  • Good written and oral communication skills
