This role is designed for an eager, flexible scientist who wants to build a strong foundation in Molecular Biology. Your primary focus will be building an antibodies library through high-volume cloning and PCR workflows What You’ll Be Doing: Library Construction: Execute DNA fragment assembly, purification, digestion, and cloning into vectors PCR Execution: Perform PCR protocols daily, demonstrating a strong understanding of the underlying principles (not just following a recipe) Cell Culture: Work with yeast, bacteria and mammalian cells for growth, transformation and RNA extraction Process Rigor: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocols with precision. Monitor acceptance criteria for all assays. Learning & Growth: Train under senior scientists to master diverse cloning methods and molecular techniques. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or related field with 1-2 years of hands-on academic or industry lab experience OR Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology/Chemistry Hands‑on experience with PCR, cloning and sequence analysis Knowledge of microbiology techniques including yeast and mammalian cell culture Familiarity with Molecular Cloning (restriction digestion, ligation, transformation) Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role: Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective organizational and time‑management skills Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively What We Offer You: We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
