In this dynamic role, you will be a vital contributor to our Analytical and Process Development teams within CMC, driving innovation by developing and implementing new methodologies to enhance our pipeline. Perform analytical assays (qPCR, digital PCR, Capillary Electrophoresis, HPLC, ELISA) to characterize gene therapy products. Assess product quality, purity and potency Support Process Development and QC activities Collaborate closely with upstream and downstream process development teams to provide analytical data for process optimization. Conduct routine sample testing to support in-process control, release and stability studies. Assist in method development, optimization and qualification assays for viral vectors Maintain detailed laboratory records, raw data, and documentation in compliance with CMP/GLP standards. Support troubleshooting of analytical methods and instruments Contribute to technical reports, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and data summaries. Collaborate with different teams across the organization to ensure smooth analytical workflow. Bachelor's degree in biochemistry, molecular biology, virology or related field. Experience in at least one molecular biology, cell biology, virology, protein biochemistry, or cell based method(s) e.g. qPCR, digital PCR, Capillary Electrophoresis, HPLC, ELISA, TCID50, Western blot.
