QUALIFICATIONS:

• B.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences (M.S. a plus) with =2 years’ relevant experience in a fast-paced research or industry setting.
• Solid foundation in biotechnology, immuno-oncology, and emerging trends in life sciences research.
• Strong understanding and practical application of scientific principles, theories, and concepts.
• Experience with liquid handlers, automated plasmid and protein purification systems and flow cytometry highly desirable.
• Ability to independently analyze, interpret, and present experimental data.
• Proven troubleshooting capabilities to address technical challenges effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and relevant data analysis software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including scientific writing.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Skilled in conflict resolution through active listening and constructive problem-solving.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

• Design and Execution of Experiments: Plan, conduct, and analyze experimental studies; interpret data and prepare regular technical reports for internal review and decision-making
• Laboratory Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant laboratory records in accordance with best practices and organizational standards.
• Project Planning and Troubleshooting: Organize and manage research projects, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
• SOPs and Protocols Development: Contribute to the creation, optimization, and validation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and validation protocols; provide technical training and guidance to team members as needed.
• Continuous Technical Growth: Demonstrate and expand technical expertise through ongoing learning and application of new methodologies, technologies, and industry trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, manufacture, and marketing teams to accelerate the expansion of the OriGene product portfolio.
• Customer- and Business-Focused Prioritization: Understand customer and market needs; appropriately prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in alignment with business goals.
