To support this mission, Syngenta’s Biosciences team is seeking a Research Associate in Goa, India. Accountabilities: Perform the analysis in the assigned areas of Analytical/Formulation Engineering. Ability to deliver experimental results within agreed timelines under guidance. Compile results, generate inference and submit timely reports to supervisor. Ensure own laboratory work recorded and reported to agreed Syngenta standards. Always ensure safe laboratory practices and waste disposal as per the site policy. Continually seek understanding of Analytical & related Formulation Engineering SOPs and Guidelines. Ensure compliance with all company HS&E policies and GLP. Follow site working protocols, in terms of working hours, discipline, interaction with other colleagues. Tasks may vary depending on the team you would be working and are not limited to the ones listed above. Qualifications Fresh master’s degree in chemistry preferable Analytical or Allied Science, area from the reputed Universities with strong academic records and good communication skills. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering with some experience on Powder handling/Testing equipments. Flexible and resourceful to meet assigned targets.
