ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a Research Associate to drive hands-on experimentation and product development in aqueous inkjet. You will help originate concepts, run structured lab programs, and validate performance on press/printers—converting data into clear recommendations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Quality & Materials: Perform QC testing on raw materials and finished inks; maintain accurate, traceable records.
• Formulation R&D: Design, execute, and analyze lab experiments; develop and optimize aqueous pigment dispersions and finished inks.
• Technology Scouting: Investigate new chemistries, additives, pigments, and processes relevant to inkjet performance.
• Print Validation: Run print tests on a range of inkjet printers; interpret print quality, reliability, and durability data.
• Equipment Readiness: Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory and printing equipment for R&D and QC.
• Technical Reporting: Prepare concise reports, datasets, and presentations; communicate findings to R&D and cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose formulation and printing issues; partner with R&D and Production on corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, method SOPs, and lab safety standards are maintained.
