WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

• Master’s degree in chemistry or similar
• Around 3 years of professional experiences (expecially with formulation). First laboratory experience would be a big plus
• Proactive, passionate and team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Accurately summarize, interpret, and review experimental data with adequate computer skills for data acquisition, data management and visualization of experimental results
• Good knowledge of Office Package
• Fluent English skills

• Work in the laboratory to prepare formulations for industrial applications
• Characterize the products obtained by various test techniques and make performance tests
• Perform data analysis, draw conclusions, make experimental recommendations, and report results / data regularly
• Take care of the transfer to production of the formulations developed
• Support manufacturing to ensure quality product delivery
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders and leverage their feedback to optimize product development and processes towards customer requirementsExplore new technology, product, or performance improvement opportunities
