Our core focus is on creating advanced computing architectures that can efficiently support and enhance the performance of artificial intelligence systems. We believe in innovation as a driving force for improvement and are committed to achieving excellence in all areas of research and development. Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Research Cooperation Project Manager to drive the full lifecycle of external collaboration projects, bridge academic resources with industrial needs, and accelerate the transformation of research achievements. This role requires a strong technical background in computer architecture or chip design, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive mindset to foster "technological diplomacy" and internal requirements alignment and resource coordination. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end operation of research cooperation projects, including requirements alignment, technical solution discussion, project initiation, phase reviews, acceptance, and closure. Engage with external professors and research laboratories to conduct "technological diplomacy": monitor their research trends, identify potential value points and collaboration opportunities with keen insight. Coordinate internal resources including local research teams and headquarters, report to technical leaders at headquarters, align on requirements, and communicate external collaboration progress and research outcomes. Promote the transformation and implementation of cooperative project achievements: organize internal R&D teams to participate in and track cooperative projects, facilitate the digestion and expansion of research results to maximize their industrial value. Organize academic exchange activities such as workshops, competitions, and seminars to strengthen academic-industry connections and promote knowledge sharing. Requirements & Qualifications Advanced degree (Master’s or above) in Computer Architecture, Chip Architecture Design, or related fields; PhD is preferred. Proven experience in participating in or managing research projects (academic or industrial collaboration projects are highly valued). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both academic partners and internal stakeholders. High enthusiasm for work, strong sense of responsibility, and a proactive attitude to drive project progress independently. Proficiency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken). What We Offer Opportunities to collaborate with top academic institutions and leading experts in the field of computer architecture and chip design. A dynamic and innovative work environment that values technological breakthroughs and achievement transformation. Competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and clear career development paths.
