Job Roles / Responsibilities: The Research Coordinator will support the implementation and coordination of research projects within the Department of Community Health Sciences. The role involves managing field activities, overseeing data collection and quality assurance, coordinating with community stakeholders, and contributing to research proposal development. particularly in areas related to Women in Science, Climate Change, and Health. You will be responsible to: coordinate field activities and maintain effective communication with community partners and research teams. supervise data collection processes and ensure adherence to research protocols and quality standards. prepare and compile project progress reports and support monthly reporting requirements. assist in data analysis, interpretation, and preparation of research outputs including presentations and manuscripts. contribute to the development of research proposals and funding applications. conduct literature reviews and support evidence generation for ongoing research projects. collaborate with the Principal Investigator, Research Manager, and Data Management teams to ensure smooth project implementation. support dissemination of study findings through reports, presentations, and publications. Requirements You must have: MBBS, MPH, MSc (Epidemiology/Biostatistics), MA, or a relevant field. 2–3 years of relevant experience in health research or project coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ability to work effectively in a team environment. good scientific writing and documentation skills. basic knowledge of research methodologies, surveys, and study designs. experience with data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
