The Department of Community Health Sciences (CHS) is the leading unit of its type in Pakistan, recognized regionally and internationally for the relevance, quality, and extent of its work in support of public health and the development of primary health care systems. It comprises of five major operational sections: Epidemiology & biostatistics, Health policy & management, Population & reproductive health, Environmental health & climate change, and Non-communicable diseases & mental health. This is a short-term grant-funded contractual position. Responsibilities You will be responsible to: prepare and dispense investigational drugs and materials according to study protocols and good manufacturing practices maintain accurate records of trial products, including inventory, dispensing logs, and documentation in adherence with GCP assist with trial setup, including preparing trial-specific pharmacy files, and ensure effective communication with trial investigators and other stakeholders manage the inventory of investigational products, ensuring timely ordering, proper storage, and appropriate disposal assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to the trial follow drap and study protocols for disposing of used and unused drugs at the conclusion of the trial work at urban and rural sites as per the requirement. Requirements You should have: Pharm D degree with at least one year of experience understanding of pharmacology, drug interactions, and other relevant pharmacy concepts excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals strong customer service skills and a trial-subject-centred approach knowledge of drug mechanisms, dosage forms, and interactions understanding of GCP, trial protocols, and documentation requirements proficiency in drug dispensing techniques, record-keeping, and inventory management effective communication skills for interacting with trial subjects, researchers, and other healthcare professionals strong organisational skills for managing tasks, documentation, and trial processes. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
