Research Coordinator, Department of Psychiatry Entity Medical College Location Karachi, Pakistan Introduction The Aga Khan University is a private, international university committed to international standards of excellence in teaching, research and service. The Department of Psychiatry, Aga Khan University is striving to become a centre of excellence that provides leadership in areas of research, service provision and education in mental health. The psychiatric services include a 18-bedded acute care short-term adult psychiatric unit, a day care programme, 24 hours emergency service, and consultation/referral service, in addition to 33 weekly outpatient clinics. An occupational therapy programme is attached to the inpatient and day care services. Responsibilities You will be responsible to: ensure proper identification and recruitment of research participants as per study protocol conduct interviews for qualitative data conduct meetings with all stakeholders, especially app developers of DOST app assist supervisor in literature review formulate results and findings. Requirements You should have: a master degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistcs / Public Health / Health Policy and Management from HEC recognized or reputable foreign university/institution at least one year of related research experience would be preferable basic knowledge of survey and other research designs, especially qualitative research strong interpersonal skills and communication ability to work in team excellent analytical, and interpretating skills excellent report writing, and manuscript writing skills. Comprehensive employment reference checks will be conducted.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the identification and recruitment of research participants and conducting interviews for qualitative data. Additionally, you will assist in literature reviews and formulate results and findings.
