IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a motivated, organized, and energetic individual who is passionate about improving student learning through assessment and technology. #LI-GW1 This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Collaborate with assessment, research, marketing, and sales teams to identify assessment validation research needs and prospective K-12 district partners Draft and edit recruitment materials, data sharing agreements, and project tracking documents Recruit and communicate with districts participating in assessment validation research Facilitate the exchange of information and documentation between district partners, research and assessment teams, and third parties where applicable Keep records of engagement, communication, data, and documentation on all research partners Support research and assessment teams with additional team-specific and cross-functional projects WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR BA/BS or Master’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, communications, psychology, or related field At least two years of project management experience At least one year of experience coordinating educational research (preferred) Quick learner with a can-do attitude Excellent oral and written communication skills Superior organization and project management skills Near-perfect attention to detail Proficient in Google Suite and O365 applications Strong analytical skills; basic knowledge of research methods (such as correlation, regression, classification accuracy) is a plus Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 to $90,000 + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
