The Human Development Programme (HDP) was established as the first concrete initiative in this field in 2003 and supports human development through multidisciplinary and research-based approaches. This is a part-time, grant-funded contractual position. Responsibilities You will be responsible to: assist the Project Team with reviews of literature and education resources for project activities provide management support to the Principal Investigators (PIs) in planning, implementing and monitoring of all project activities provide administrative support for arrangement of meetings coordinate with the project team for project related activities provide support to the PIs for various arrangements and documentation pertaining to project develop, manage and maintain project documents manage and keep records of reference materials used for projects collect, enter, analyse and transcribe data attend project team meetings and respond to correspondence. Requirements You should have: undergraduate degree (Bachelors), preferably in health or education from an HEC recognized or reputable foreign university. However, masters degree will be preferred experience in carrying out systematic reviews and qualitative research exposure to academic and/or work experience with systematic reviews, qualitative reseach and report writing experience using videoconferencing platforms like Zoom, MS Teams understanding of early child development and learning, and use this understanding to provide evidence- based interventions ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in Urdu and English good planning, time management and organizational skills ability to coordinate and assist with administrative tasks good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work independently and with teams proficiency in use of related computer software applications good conceptual and analytical skills ability to be flexible, patient, and work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment ability to deliver quality work in an efficient manner ability to take initiative, think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges understanding of geographies where the project activities will be carried out. Responsibilities
The Research Coordinator will assist the Project Team with literature reviews and provide management support to the Principal Investigators in planning and monitoring project activities.
