Department Description: The Kate Possin Lab is part of the Memory and Aging Center (MAC) within UCSF’s Department of Neurology, a leading center for research and clinical care in neurodegenerative. The lab conducts research to improve cognitive assessment, advance early detection, and improve quality in dementia care.  Job Summary: Under direct supervision, acquires skills and knowledge of professional concepts in research data analysis. Works on small projects or segments of projects with limited scope and complexity. A few of the ongoing projects: Care Ecosystem: manage, analyze, and visualize data for the Care Ecosystem intervention trial. Run reports to report ongoing progress. TabCAT: assist researchers in data cleaning and analysis for various cognitive assessment data. Proficiency in R, Python, or Excel preferred. 
Responsibilities
The Research Data Analyst will manage, analyze, and visualize data for the Care Ecosystem intervention trial and assist researchers with data cleaning for cognitive assessments. They will also run reports to track project progress under direct supervision.
