JOB SUMMARY The R&D On-the-Job Trainee will assist the Research & Development team in laboratory activities, product development, and experimental projects. This role provides practical exposure to cosmetic formulation, testing, and analysis under direct supervision, complementing academic learning. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the preparation of samples, solutions, and formulations. Conduct laboratory tests under guidance and record observations accurately. Maintain proper documentation of experiments, lab notebooks, and reports. Follow standard laboratory safety and GMP protocols. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES Support ongoing R&D projects as assigned. Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions. Perform basic data analysis and contribute findings to project reports. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace. QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or any related field. SKILLS Basic laboratory skills and familiarity with lab equipment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision. Good communication skills for reporting observations and collaborating with the team. GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES Hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation and R&D processes.
