The Research and Development Prototyping Manager will lead the production of new furniture concepts from ideation through prototyping, ensuring technical feasibility, material sustainability, and aesthetic integrity. This is a hands-on cross-functional role that bridges design, engineering, materials sourcing and manufacturing.
