WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS POSITION:

The role is member of R&D Mondelēz Europe Gum & Candy Innovation team with regional work scope.

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:

Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry and related disciplines

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong technical foundation and technical curiosity. R&D product/process development experience and knowledge of gum and candy/confectionery are strong plus.
• Ability to develop and drive technical projects with proper scientific rigor: conduct appropriate testing, gather and analyze data.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects with simple and medium complexity
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams across multiple countries
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Up to 30% international travel
Relocation Support Available?
No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
