Job Description We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to join our team as a Research Director. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to our clients, building strong relationships and delivering impactful insights that help them achieve their strategic goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise to craft compelling, data-driven narratives that drive business growth. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues, becoming a trusted partner for marketing, sales, category teams, and beyond. Understand client needs and design solutions that address both strategic and tactical objectives. Deliver analytics and insights services, including tactical client training for NIQ and GFK CMI solutions. Provide flawless execution of research and analytics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Identify business opportunities through regular client interactions, collaborating with the Account Development team to drive growth initiatives. Develop a deep understanding of client priorities and demonstrate how our solutions align with their business goals. Create and deliver compelling insights, providing clear, actionable recommendations that empower clients to grow their business. Serve as a confident and engaging storyteller, presenting data-driven insights in a way that resonates with diverse audiences. Qualifications Minimum of 15 years of experience in market research, with a focus on consumer and marketing insights. Strong client-centric mindset and ability to foster meaningful relationships. Deep understanding of the data analytics industry Awareness of market trends and interdependencies impacting client businesses. Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to confidently interpret and analyze data. Problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset. High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Engaging presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experienced in working within an analytical environment. Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
