Description

We seek a highly motivated and technically qualified individual to join our NTIA NOFO 2 SRFA 1 Development Team. The Research Engineer, Manufacturing will oversee the manufacturing. This position will work closely with System, Hardware, and Software engineers.
Travel: Up to 20% as required

Reporting to the Principal Research Engineer, Manufacturing and Verification, this position is a key contributor to SOLiD’s continued growth and success. Duties will include the following:

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES MUST POSSESS:

  • Ability to use RF measurement equipment (O-CU/DU emulator, Signal Analyzer, Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer)
  • Ability to analyze quality data of manufactured products and derive improvement measures

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of related experience with radio equipment development/validation
  • Experience in 3GPP wireless communications (RAN, LTE, 5G, NR) and RF performance testing
  • Experience in operating automated test equipment (ATE) and analyzing results
