YOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree with at least 3 years of work experience in relevant fields auch as electronics or communications
  • Hands-on experience in setting up complex experiments and working in lab environments
  • Proficiency in C/C++, Python, embedded systems, and hardware-level programming
  • Practical knowledge in UWB sensing and communication, both in application and development
  • Strong background in communication technologies, research, or IoT
  • Proficiency in English, German is an asset
  • Willingness to relocate to Austria and work from both Graz and Linz

Silicon Austria Labs (SAL) is a top research center for Electronics and Software Based Systems (ESBS). At three locations (Graz, Villach, Linz), SAL is conducting research along the entire ESBS value chain in the areas of sensor systems, power electronics, intelligent wireless systems, microsystems and embedded systems to develop future-oriented solutions for industrial production, health, energy, mobility, safety and more. Join our innovative Wireless Communication Team and play a key role in shaping the future of Ultra-Wideband (UWB) technologies. Your tasks will include:

  • Setting up and running lab experiments in UWB
  • Research and development in UWB sensing and communication
  • Close collaboration with customers in Graz and Linz
  • Independent work on embedded programming projects
  • Contributing to cutting-edge applications in communication and IoT
