Research supports the development and implementation of programmes and services through rigorous evaluation, research, and analysis.

• Conduct comprehensive research and programme evaluations to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with programme executives to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
• Drive initiatives that promote evidence-based practice and effective service delivery.
• Curate and communicate resources to support data-informed decision-making within the organization.
• To support the research work in CampusImpact by planning and implementing research projects that would include:
  a) Preparing survey questions
  b) Collecting data
  c) Analysing data

d) Preparing reports for management to summarise findings and make recommendations

• Prepare progress reports
• Assist in preparation of grant proposals and reports to funders
• To provide administrative or logistical support for special projects or events
• To act in all respect according to the reasonable instructions and directions given to you by the Executive Director.
• You shall abide to all legal and appropriate directions, rules and practices set out in the constitution of CampusImpact and the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
