Job Description Responsibilities: 1. Project Management a. Managing the fielding of Interco projects b. Programming of screeners & pre-screeners c. Managing local products sourcing & shipment d. Management of local subcontractors e. Writing screeners, questionnaires, and/or HUT instructions for standard tests f. Translating questionnaires and/or protocols in local language g. Tracking and monitoring questionnaire completion for HUT 2. People: a. Close collaboration with the field team b. Work closely with other members of our sensory and research team and the Data Solutions Hub 3. Panel Work a. Supervise and lead our sensory panels b. Recruit, train, manage and motivate sensory panellists c. Preparation of tests (organisation of sessions, & samples, preparation of test questionnaires) d. Conduct sessions (descriptive profiling, temporal assessment and discrimination testing) Assist with statistical analysis and data visualisation Support with writing reports for the client Follow-up and control of panelists’ performance Participation in the quality assurance process Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in sensory, consumer or marketing analysis Some experience in market research or sensory research Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and the local language Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc Rigorous, responsive and proactive Strong organisational and planning skills, that ensure work is effectively prioritised to meet deadlines

The Research Executive will manage sensory and consumer research projects, including programming screeners and coordinating product sourcing. They are also responsible for supervising sensory panels, conducting testing sessions, and assisting with data analysis and reporting.
