Funciones: • Definición de tipo de estudios según demanda y necesidad del cliente. • Solicita cotizaciones del estudio sistema. • Colabora en la elaboración de propuestas, revisa y valida con el director de cuenta o responsable a cargo. • Activa estudios en sistema en todas las etapas que correspondan. • Elabora cuestionarios, revisa y valida con el director de cuenta o responsable a cargo. • Elabora carta Gantt y todos los antecedentes que se requieran para la puesta en marcha del estudio. • Elabora los criterios de trabajo de la BBDD,variables de control, segmentos, etc. • Coordina la reunión de puesta en marcha con el área de Operaciones, para todos los estudios nuevos o inicios de trackings. • Elabora pauta para instructivo de encuestadores (en estudios CATI). • Coordina con el cliente la entrega de los insumos necesarios (BBDD y materiales). • Revisa BBDD enviadas por el cliente, según pautas de validación, y el detalle entregado por operaciones.
