[What the role is] Research Executive / Senior Research Executive (Future Foods) [What you will be working on] · Prepare, conduct, and maintain mammalian tissue culture under sterile conditions. · Assist in co-culture and 3D culture experiments within Organ-on-Chip systems. · Perform CAD-based design using AutoCAD, 3DMax, or Blender. · Support the design, fabrication, assembly, and testing of Organ-on-Chip prototypes. · Conduct analytical assays such as ELISA, immunohistochemistry, RT-qPCR, microscopy, and HPLC. · Manage experimental documentation, reagent inventory, and data logging. · Perform data analysis on experimental works. · Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper waste disposal procedures.
