You will be responsible for

  • Delivering high-quality, impactful research projects that influence real business decisions.
  • Working across a wide variety of topics—from product innovation and in-store experience to brand building, advertising, and emerging technologies.
  • Translating research findings into compelling stories that answer key business questions.
  • Managing projects through both in-house tools and agency partners, from briefing to delivery.
  • Collaborating with fellow researchers, insight managers, and external agencies to design the best research approaches.
  • Supporting the development of new tools and capabilities across the wider Insight team.

You will need

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with a flair for visualising insights.
  • A passion for championing the voice of the customer across the business.
  • Experience in scripting surveys and analysing results—ideally from a research agency background.
  • Confidence managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and curiosity to dig deeper into customer behaviour.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail.
