This is a grant-funded contractual position. Responsibilities: You will be responsible to: provide clinical diagnosis and manage all research-related activities under the supervision of the assigned supervisor manage and maintain clinical data, research records, consumables, and other project-related materials assist the supervisor in planning, conducting, and managing research projects, including determining theoretical frameworks and selecting appropriate methodologies conduct experiments, analyse data, and interpret research findings prepare write-ups, manuscripts, research reports, presentations, and research grant applications for publication and funding conduct comprehensive literature searches using relevant databases and search engines supervise research volunteers and medical students in research techniques organise and conduct workshops and other capacity-building initiatives raise purchase requisitions and material service requests for research supplies and consumables. Requirements: You should have: an MBBS with postgraduate or specialised training in endocrinology a minimum of three years of relevant experience demonstrated experience in the clinical diagnosis and management of congenital hypogonadotropic hypogonadism and other reproductive endocrine disorders the ability to work independently and lead a team the ability to design and carry out an independent programme of research excellent scientific writing skills strong communication and interpersonal skills the ability and willingness to mentor or supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students. experience in representing the institution at national and international conferences. Responsibilities
