This post will focus on computational catalysis involving traditional density functional theory (DFT) methods integrated with data-driven artificial intelligence techniques. Research may encompass the development and application of machine learning force fields, high-throughput screening of catalytic materials, and the optimisation of reaction pathways. This role also includes using advanced modelling approaches for property prediction, exploring defect and interface effects, and designing catalysts for energy conversion and storage applications.
