JOB DESCRIPTION

To conduct research in area of fabrication of 2D materials-based devices and circuits.

QUALIFICATIONS

• PhD degree
• Strong communication skills, motivation in scientific research, and experience in writing scientific papers are required.
• Candidates with a strong background in electronics device fabrication. The experience of fabricating devices with 2D materials is a must.
• Recent Ph.D. and postdocs with a background in devices fabrication or a related field are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants must have publications in the field of 2D devices.
