We are hiring a Research & Growth Intern to support market research, competitor analysis, and insight generation for strategic planning. You will collect and organize data, monitor trends, and contribute to reports that inform growth and positioning decisions. The role directly impacts the quality of market intelligence and opportunity identification. Key Responsibilities Support data collection, research, and preliminary analysis on markets, customers, and industry trends. Gather and organize competitor information including pricing, services, campaigns, and performance. Monitor news, reports, and regulatory updates and summarize key insights. Research and map relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Support evaluation of new product and service ideas using market and customer inputs. Maintain research databases, dashboards, and documentation archives. Contribute to monthly competitor and industry reports. Track industry awards and recognition opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analysis, or a related field, or currently enrolled. 0–1 year of experience in research, analysis, marketing, or business support roles. Strong research, data organization, and analytical skills. Ability to summarize information clearly and accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
