Description
Research Internships at Microsoft provide a dynamic environment for research careers with a network of world-class research labs led by globally-recognized scientists and engineers, who pursue innovation in a range of scientific and technical disciplines to help solve complex challenges in diverse fields, including computing, healthcare, economics, and the environment. The Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI) project at Microsoft Research aims to make BCI accessible to the general population. This involves developing non-intrusive methods, using fewer electrodes, and designing custom signal acquisition devices. Our focus is on interactive BCI, which requires response times within seconds and relies on EEG and other bio-signals. Researchers from several groups across Microsoft Research are involved in this effort.
