Job Description The Research Interviewer _ Mandalay is responsible for supporting research fieldwork and operations, participating in training and coaching interviewers, ensuring that fieldwork quotas are met in a timely manner, and reporting the field operation and ground situation to the research team lead. Conduct interviews with KBZ and non-KBZ customers using various methods, including face-to-face, online, and telephone, Fulfill the daily, weekly, and monthly fieldwork quotas assigned by the operations team leader, Record data in the tracking spreadsheet to monitor quota completion for ongoing projects, Report operational status and ground conditions to the team leader, Attend weekly, monthly, and ad hoc meetings organized by the research team. Complete the daily, weekly, and monthly quota of fieldwork assigned by the research team lead Report the field operations and ground situation to the research team lead, Job Requirement A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage and document interview processes accurately. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, including traveling to various locations as needed. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Eagerness to learn and develop skills in research field operations management Prior experience with conducting interviews using CATI and CAPI methodologies, or working in a research environment, is preferred.
