Description

Independent coordination and management of research projects
Research and evaluation of new, innovative raw materials
Development of new innovation concepts and active participation in their elaboration
Supporting product development from the initial idea to market readiness
Planning, execution and evaluation of chemical and physical stability studies, including the derivation of appropriate measures
Preparation of mixing instructions and calculation of raw material costs for research projects and new developments
Conducting sensory product tests and tastings, as well as evaluating new raw materials
Participation in the development of new manufacturing and process technologies for transferring research projects to production scale
Establishment and maintenance of new raw materials and formulations
Support with error and root cause analysis, including in connection with customer complaints.
Needs-based support for the development sector
