BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Overseeing the end-to-end research process, including planning, executing, and delivering research projects on time and within budget. Crafting clear and compelling reports and presentations to communicate research findings effectively Proactive and responsible overall in developing new client relationships. Driving business development initiatives implemented by N+1. Taking overall ownership and working extensively with others on proposal/pitching process, including design & pricing of research, solution for new clients. Supporting cross selling between departments. Contributing to development and maintenance of marketing materials and for marketing Ipsos externally and to use accurate material to promote Ipsos and generate new business leads. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering insights that drive business decisions. Taking overall ownership for managing and developing client accounts and relationships. Proactive and responsible overall in developing existing client relationships. Taking overall ownership and works extensively with others on proposal/pitching process, including design & pricing of research, solution for existing clients. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to analyse data and generate insights. Taking overall responsibility for the successful management of research projects, ensuring projects are delivered, on-time, on- cost, to the client’s satisfaction. Proactive (actively participating where necessary) in ensuring effective management of: Project teams, Job books / financials, Clients, Suppliers and Design, research material approvals. Taking overall responsibility for cross-functional teams. Taking responsibility for ensuring quality standards are adhered to, and project briefings & review meetings are completed. Following processes implemented by N+1 large scale systems / processes to improve project management quality and service and proactively propose to N+1 processes to drive projects efficiency. To ensure projects are set up according to ISO standards and responsible for implementation of the ISO among N-1. PEOPLE AND SELF MANAGEMENT Leading and mentoring a team of researchers, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Supporting N+1 in contributing to the overall management of the company (as required). Encouraging innovation and implementation of solutions in order to increase the efficiency of the team. To delegate efficiently to N-1 (clarifications of roles, of task, deadlines, set Up KPIs) in order to contribute to increase the overall efficiency of the project. Promoting and sharing of knowledge and development of job skills of N-1 in others via: General trainings, providing on-the-job coaching, giving constructive direct feedback; Delegating effectively and Empowering / providing support as necessary. Proactively seeking out opportunities for own self-development AND TEAM, via informal and formal learning events (e.g.: establishing a mentor relationship, attending training courses etc.) Treating others with respect at all times. 'Update N+1 in an accurate way and proactively offer solutions to N+1. Advanced technical skill and knowledge on all related business unit focus, and specialist in at least two areas of expertise. FINANCE, P&L AND ADMINISTRATIVE Supporting N+1 in achieving targeted P&L. For his/her own projects, delivering financial targets including TO, GM%: and OPBBGC. Controlling GM as per the forecast DC and ensure a proactive follow up of all DC and invoices, responsible to follow up on payment from clients. Ensuring all jobs are accurate (end date, forecast GM) and ensuring a follow up of GM.
