Isentia is seeking a highly skilled Research Manager (Data & Automation) to lead our teams and spearhead innovation using Generative AI and automation! The Role The primary purpose of this role is to establish operating standards and manage teams responsible for data coding and research analysis within the Research and Insights division in SEA. You will act as the technical lead for process innovation, responsible for driving operational efficiencies by building and overseeing automation processes, specifically utilizing Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to streamline workflows and reduce manual workload. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Quality Lead and manage teams of Research Analysts/Executives, setting priorities and holding members accountable to clear objectives and KPIs. Establish operating standards for data coding, ensuring high accuracy, relevancy, and adherence to client specifications. Manage, motivate, and coach the team to drive high performance and assist in recruiting new members. Automation & Innovation Drive operational efficiencies by applying Generative AI and NLP solutions to reduce man-hours and increase capacity. Innovate with new business-driven solutions in a big data environment to automate manual coding or data processing tasks. Oversee the technical implementation of automation scripts (VBA, Apps Script, Python, Javascript) and ensure smooth integration with existing research workflows. Workflow Optimization Manage workflow by receiving, prioritizing, and assigning job orders from Account Management (AMT) and Sales. Continuously anticipate and improve work processes to ensure the team's capacity is effectively utilized and deadlines are met. Skills and Experience Required To succeed in this challenging role, you must meet the following criteria: Education: A degree in Communications, Business, Computer Science, or Data Analytics. Experience: 3 to 5 years of related industry experience, including managing a team. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in data manipulation, machine learning, and text mining. Coding Skills: Technical expertise in languages such as JavaScript and Python and/or Microsoft Excel (VBA). Core Competencies: Proven capability in hands-on problem-solving, top-level skills in research and comprehension, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Why Join Isentia?
