Description
Research Manager  As a Research Manager, you will play a central role in client delivery and relationship building, working with curious, engaged teams in a positive and stimulating environment, while delivering end-to-end projects and contributing to PRS IN VIVO’s thought leadership for leading global brands.   Key responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end research projects for key international clients, from briefing to final delivery * Manage, coordinate, and develop project teams, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong collaboration * Act as a trusted client partner, leading client conversations and internal coordination * Analyze data and turn findings into clear, actionable, commercial insights * Create compelling, visually strong presentations reflecting PRS IN VIVO’s expertise * Present insights and recommendations with clarity and confidence * Challenge and refine client briefs, proposing better-suited approaches when relevant * Contribute to continuous improvement, new ways of working, and idea generation * Invest in ongoing professional development, including behavioral science expertise   What we are looking for: * University degree in Marketing, Market Research, Social Sciences, or equivalent * 5+ years’ experience in market research, ideally with FMCG clients * Strong track record managing complex projects and client relationships * Excellent analytical skills - from data to insight to recommendation * High ownership, rigor, and delivery excellence * Client-centric, detail-oriented, and quality-driven * Collaborative team player with autonomy and curiosity * Fluent English; French and/or German a plus * Advanced PowerPoint and solid Excel skills.
