REQUIREMENTS

  • You will be accountable for the smooth and effective operation of all customer research at Booksy.
  • You will manage our research infrastructure, ensuring we have the best tools and services in place, and enabling access, training and guardrails for their use.
  • You will directly support non-researchers with appropriate guidelines and protocols.
  • You will support participant recruitment and incentives, and ensure that we give our research participants a best-in-class experience.
  • You will work with our legal team to ensure the highest standards of legal compliance, privacy, and ethics in research.
  • You will lead our knowledge management effort, to ensure that research and insights are consistently accessible, useful and well-organised.
