The Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology, is seeking a Research Program Coordinator to work with the Thrombotic Microangiopathies Research Group at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. The Research Program Coordinator will be primarily involved in basic data collection and management and coordination of study visits for several research projects related to thrombotic microangiopathy, specifically thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. The coordinator will screen and recruit potential study participants according to the protocol’s inclusion and exclusion criteria and will work under the supervision of the Principal Investigator and co-investigators.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
• Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• One year of experience working with patients preferred.
• Proficient in MS office applications, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
