Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We currently have a vacancy for a permanent Research Programme Coordinator to join our team in the Faculty of Medical Health Sciences. This role will support our researchers in the faculty with effective research project coordination, navigation of research support services and operational pre and post-award support. Alongside your team and Research Programme Manager, you will: Provide exemplary operational research support to allocated researchers throughout the research lifecycle, navigating researchers to the appropriate functions Assist the researcher to finalise and submit research proposals, including collecting relevant information and approvals. Assist with developing and monitoring the project budget, including forecasting, variations, and expense approval. Monitor projects within your portfolio and work with your researchers to ensure they are on track and able to meet their contracted obligations Ensure compliance with appropriate University and Funder policies, guidelines, and protocols. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) fixed-term position for 10 months. The salary range for this role is $68,101 - $79,300 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also have previous experience with project administration or coordination and navigating complex administrative systems.
