JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A Ph.D. degree in life sciences or biochemistry with focus on enzyme and protein engineering
• Strong structural biology skill
• Ability to set up high-throughput screening assays.
• Excellent communication skills and a team player.
• Ability to work independently.

• Engineer enzymes to improve thermostability, kinetics, or substrate specificity to meet industrial needs.
• Set up high-throughput screening systems for activity validation.
• Communicate research findings and apply them within Wilmar factories to develop new manufacturing processes and products using green technology.
