We’re seeking a Research Scientist, Mixed Methods to lead and conduct research that integrates both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to provide comprehensive insights. This role is pivotal in developing and leading research projects that delve into audience behaviors, needs, and motivations, and market dynamics influencing decision-making in hiring process.
A successful candidate will have a background in market research, consumer behavior research, of behavioral science, with strong skills in mixed method research design and methodology, data analysis, and knowledge of the World of Work, HR Tech or SaaS markets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Behavioral and Social Science Research, Cognitive Science, Consumer Behavior, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience within applied research, or product research and development.
  • Proven experience in conducting mixed methods research, including designing and implementing surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data from both qualitative and quantitative sources.
  • A keen interest in product design and how research informs product development.
  • Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, with exemplary ability to communicate user research findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive secondary research to gather existing data from industry reports, academic publications, and market analysis to establish a robust foundation for understanding and influencing factors of market trends.
  • Design, execute, and manage research studies using mixed methods, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis that align with Radancy’s strategic goals
  • Analyze and interpret data from both qualitative and quantitative sources to generate actionable insights.
  • Transform research findings into compelling industry and trend reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mixed methods research findings into product development and strategy.
