This position opens the opportunity to apply the latest state of the art in AI/ML and data science to global and key strategic projects Job Description We’re looking for a highly experienced (5+ years) and intellectually curious Senior Research Scientist to contribute to innovation in Generative AI and applied machine learning. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong critical thinking, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Expertise in Generative AI: LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini), fine-tuning, and prompt engineering. Applied ML Skills: Semantic search, vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone), hallucination detection, summarization, and model evaluation. Strong coding ability in Python and ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn). Solid foundation in ML fundamentals, experimentation, and feature engineering. A structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving. Qualifications A curious mindset and strong critical thinking to tackle complex problems and recommend well-reasoned solutions. Ability to ask the right questions to fully understand challenges and communicate scientific results in clear, general terms. Proven collaboration with junior engineers and researchers, and strong interpersonal skills to work across teams.
