Responsibilities
  • You plan and conduct single-particle analysis (SPA) cryo-EM studies to elucidate structures of biomolecules relevant to drug discovery
  • You prepare cryo-EM samples and collect, analyze, and interpret cryo-EM datasets
  • You employ computational methods to analyze cryo-EM data and model complex biological systems
  • You interpret structures of biological macromolecules to communicate biological and chemical modes of action to project teams
  • You coordinate external structural biology support for research projects, ensuring timely delivery of results and alignment with project requirements
  • You work as an integral part of interdisciplinary teams, including biochemists, molecular biologists, and computational scientists, to integratestructural data into broader biological contexts
  • You mentor and train peers and junior scientists in cryo-EM workstreams
  • You stay current with advancements in structural biology techniques and methodologies, applying innovative approaches to enhance researchcapabilities
