Description
Responsibilities
You plan and conduct single-particle analysis (SPA) cryo-EM studies to elucidate structures of biomolecules relevant to drug discovery
You prepare cryo-EM samples and collect, analyze, and interpret cryo-EM datasets
You employ computational methods to analyze cryo-EM data and model complex biological systems
You interpret structures of biological macromolecules to communicate biological and chemical modes of action to project teams
You coordinate external structural biology support for research projects, ensuring timely delivery of results and alignment with project requirements
You work as an integral part of interdisciplinary teams, including biochemists, molecular biologists, and computational scientists, to integratestructural data into broader biological contexts
You mentor and train peers and junior scientists in cryo-EM workstreams
You stay current with advancements in structural biology techniques and methodologies, applying innovative approaches to enhance researchcapabilities
