Lead and develop seasonal workers on daily operations. Use the best agronomic practices for crop management (fertilization, pest and disease control); have basic knowledge of main agrochemical (herbicides, insecticides and fungicides) registered by crop; calibrate spraying equipment and adopt best practices in the application of technology. Plan and effectively maintain field equipment for proper resources usage; Use best practices for chemical application on corn using Drones or Sprayer Develop an organizational culture that creates a great place to work, best in class positive work environment and growth of individuals. Uses cultural awareness and maximizes opportunities for teams and individuals by utilizing a global lens to lead; Early adopter for all new field and data managing technologies, being a role model for innovations (UAV, software's, data collection, equipment's). Upload and manage testing information in FTS (internal software ; run basic analysis and perform quality review and control (QA / QC). Drive data quality trough the selection of locations with imagery analysis (Velocity); select field for testing based on imagery analysis; carry out soil sampling (fertility and nematodes); choose trials with representative, easily accessible, farmers kind "partners"; get contracts signed in all areas of testing. Maintain a good relationship with growers and key stakeholders in the region of designed responsibilities; Report field activities and management thru Monsanto s IT tools, as Field Guide Comply with QMS procedures for operations activities, as well as JSA for each activity. Adoption and management of new technologies applied to the agricultural sector, ensuring the implementation and optimization of innovative tools. Highly experienced in the operation and management of planting with Cassette Planter, ensuring accurate distribution and data collection of seeds in the field. On-site data management and analysis through the use of drones (UAVs), with the objective of monitoring and improving crop yields. Maintaining effective and continuous communication with farmers, providing technical support and advice on the adoption of new agricultural practices. Improving data quality with data capture using UAVs, as well as pesticide and fertilizer application through AGT-30 technologies, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the process. Active collaboration with other teams (AS, FS, PR and Pathology) in the research of agronomic practices to improve production methods and optimize crop yields. WHO YOU ARE BS in Agronomy or related field Broad knowledge of crop production and farming practices as well as farm equipment operation and repair. Be a self starter with Teamwork skills including excellent organizational and record keeping skills, and the ability to foster a positive team environment. Computer skills related for data generation and analysis. Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Basic written and verbal communication skills in English.
