REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*

• High school diploma or Associates degree and 1 year of experience.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS*

• Bachelor’s degree

Experimental duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breeding and management of the mouse colony
• Mouse injections, drug administration, and other experiments with mice
• Histopathological analysis of leukemia
• Retrovirus/lentivirus generation and transduction of cancer cells
• Oncogene knockdown with CRISPRi and RNAi
• High speed flow cytometry and cell sorting
• ChIP, co-IP, qPCR, Western, and reporter assays
• Tissue culture and Recombinant DNA Cloning

Non-experimental duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Purchasing of laboratory supplies and equipment
• Maintenance of laboratory equipment
• Preparation of solutions and media
• Preparation and maintenance of frozen stocks
• Accurate record keeping
• Interaction with regulatory agencies
• Lab maintenance chores
