JOB SUMMARY
The Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech & Emory School of Medicine the invites applications for Researcher in the lab of Bioelectronics, Micro/Nanofluidics, Infectious Disease, Immunology, Point-of-care Diagnostics, Global Health, Single Cell Analysis and Manipulation, Cell Engineering (Sarkar Lab). The appointment is an excellent opportunity for an undergraduate and/or graduate student who is interested in design and development of diagnostic devices and assays.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
One to two years of job related experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering or equivalent Experience: Prior research experience in diagnostic assay development
SKILLS
This job requires working knowledge of research lab equipment and support processes and practices. Includes skill in data organization, statistical analysis and use of statistical and scientific computer applications.
