The successful candidate will be part of the Dulin lab effort in designing and fabricating nucleic acids scaffolds and in recombinant proteins expression and purification to enable single-molecule biophysics investigations of protein-nucleic acids interactions. In addition, the person will manage the molecular biology tasks for the Dulin lab.

JOUW PROFIEL

• We are looking for an outstanding technician with a HBO or MSc degree and:
• With experience in biochemistry, molecular biology, bacterial and/or insect cells recombinant protein expression and purification. Experience in enzymology would be appreciated.
• That can solve complex problems in nucleic acid assembly and protein expression/purification using state of the art knowledge in biochemistry and molecular biology.
• With a creative, hard-working, well organized and independent mindset with interest in crossing research fields, and a strong ability to work within a team.
  The successful candidate will use their expertise to advance problems related to nucleic acid scaffold design and fabrication, protein expression/purification/labelling. Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing) is required.
