POSITION SUMMARY

The Krais Lab is seeking a technician to work on DNA damage response and cancer biology projects. Current projects investigate how cells navigate a complex signaling environment following DNA damage and ultimately engage one of several possible repair mechanisms. We are exploring 1) how DNA damage signaling impacts tumor progression and therapy responses, and 2) how DNA damage response alterations can be exploited to treat and prevent cancer.

Applicants are encouraged to visit the lab website to learn more about our research strategy, including the in vivo studies relevant for this position.
