THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Cheerambathur Lab is seeking driven, motivated, and reliable candidates for a part-time Research Technician position. You will play a key role in advancing innovative research on brain development exploring the molecular mechanisms that shape neural circuits. The team uses a combination of state-of-the-art techniques, including genome engineering, utilizing C. elegans and mammalian in vitro cultures as experimental models fluorescent imaging, and biochemistry.
Our lab is comprised of members at various stages of their careers, and we are looking for someone who will enhance our positive team culture and thrive in a highly collaborative environment. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on ongoing projects by ensuring experiments are carried out efficiently and the lab operates smoothly and safely.
