About the Hiring Team What the Role Entails 1. Responsible for researching and developing machine translation algorithms for the gaming domain, including neural network-based translation models, open-source large models, multi-system integration, etc. 2. Optimize machine translation systems to improve translation quality and efficiency. 3. Analyze and solve common problems and challenges in machine translation, such as ambiguity, polysemy, and language differences. 4. Keep up with and research the latest NLP technologies and algorithms to stay informed about industry trends. Who We Look For 1. Over 3 years of experience in machine translation algorithm research. 2. Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. 3. Proficient in deep learning algorithms with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in training large models (e.g., hyperparameter tuning, finetuning). 4. Skilled in programming languages such as Python and C++, and familiar with popular deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow). 5. Experience in developing commercial NMT systems or outstanding performance in WMT machine translation evaluations is preferred. 6. Publications in top conferences such as ACL, EMNLP, NeurIPS, ICLR are preferred. 7. Strong team collaboration and communication skills, able to work closely with team members and drive project progress. 8. Passion for the gaming industry and a good understanding of the gaming domain.
